Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Irish Time GMT/BST) are processed and dispatched the same day. Please allow extra time during peak periods.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Once you place your order you have 30 minutes to correct your address yourself. After this, we cannot make any changes.

Returns Impact on free gifts

Free Delivery: If you return your full order, the original delivery fee covered by Mettle & Bloom will be deducted from your refunded amount.
