Love this necklace, great quality, lovely weight to it. I wear it frequently and it works with most outfits. A little disappointingly, I availed of an offer (after purchasing a ring and paying for shipping), to add this to my basket, which then meant I would be entitled to free shipping, but it was not enabled on my order nor was I refunded the shipping despite contacting them about it - in fact, I received no reply.
